How it works

Every engagement follows a systematic process designed to deliver professional results.

Our approach ensures thorough care with minimal disruption to your home.

01 Reserve Your Assessment

Book your $250 assessment and select your preferred date. This is a comprehensive fabric analysis, not a sales call. Our specialist understands the difference between silk dupioni and silk taffeta, between natural linen and linen blends, and why those distinctions determine every preservation decision.

The $250 fee is collected at booking and credits in full toward your service total. We limit daily assessments to provide undivided attention.

02 In-Home Assessment

We arrive with professional assessment tools and fabric testing protocols. Each panel is evaluated individually for fiber composition, structural integrity, and soil load. We also confirm ceiling height, as our service parameters accommodate installations up to 20 feet.

Your assessment also reveals enhancement opportunities that improve overall air quality and cleaning results. This may include HEPA air scrubbing during service to capture released particles, ceiling fan or light fixture detailing to eliminate dust redistribution, or blind care for layered window treatments. Recommendations are based on your home’s specific conditions.

The assessment takes 60 to 90 minutes.

03 Your Drapery Care Plan

Before we leave, you will receive a detailed service proposal with transparent pricing. You see exactly what each panel requires: fabrics that can be cleaned on-site versus those needing off-site restoration.

If you choose to move forward, we collect your 30% deposit on-site and schedule your service date. Most services schedule within 1 to 2 weeks. If you need time to decide, we hold your proposal for 5 business days.

04 Pre-Service Preparation

5 business days before your service, you receive your final payment invoice and preparation checklist.

Once payment is received, we finalize your service logistics and prepare the exact equipment and products your fabrics require.

For on-site work, drapery areas must remain accessible. Clear furniture away from windows if needed and relocate delicate items near panels. We need unobstructed access to work efficiently without risking damage to your belongings.

For off-site restoration, we coordinate removal and transport. Every panel is tagged, photographed, and tracked through our facility. You receive a detailed inventory before anything leaves your home

05 Service Day Excellence

Our team arrives promptly with all necessary equipment. We protect floors, furniture, and surfaces before touching any panel. Every step follows the preservation protocol built during your assessment.

On-site services complete within 4 to 8 hours depending on panel count and fabric complexity. Off-site restoration requires 7 to 10 business days for thorough cleaning, pressing, and hand finishing.

06 Final Quality Inspection

Before we consider any service complete, we conduct a thorough inspection of every treated panel. We verify fabric integrity and color consistency across all window treatments.  Ensure proper pressing and shape retention that will hold for months to come.

We walk through your home with you where you can inspect our work at close range. If anything fails to meet your standards, we address it immediately.

Your satisfaction is not assumed. It is confirmed while we are still in your home

07 Ongoing Care

We provide a custom maintenance schedule based on your home’s environment, fabric types, and household needs. Homes with pets or allergy concerns often benefit from quarterly or biannual service. Others maintain optimal condition with annual care. We recommend the frequency that protects your investment without unnecessary intervention.

Repeat clients receive priority scheduling. We reach out proactively as your service window approaches. You never have to track maintenance yourself.

Your Drapery Cannot Wait Much Longer

Soil accumulation accelerates fabric breakdown. The longer you wait, the more invasive the restoration process becomes. What could be preserved with gentle expert care today, may require costly replacement tomorrow. Schedule your assessment to understand exactly what your drapery needs.
