Conventional textile maintenance leaves property owners with two choices: remove valuable drapery for treatment by a traditional cleaner, or postpone care until replacement becomes the only option.
Traditional dry cleaners specialize in clothing. Custom drapery is different. Its fabric, dyes, linings, interlinings, construction and installation require specialized knowledge and a treatment approach designed specifically for interior textiles.
We care for silk, satin, linen, wool, velvet, hand-painted and embroidered textiles, including intricate fringe, tassels, trims and custom embellishments. Our expertise extends beyond panels to Roman shades, structured valances, cornices and elaborate top treatments.
Treatment is never selected by fabric alone. Construction, condition, finish and installation are evaluated first, allowing us to determine the appropriate course of care for each textile.

We provide specialized cleaning, conservation and restoration for curtains, custom drapery, Roman shades and specialty window treatments. Care includes specialized stain and spot treatment for food, oils, and other localized concerns, along with pet hair and dander removal and treatment of pet-related stains and odors.
Our care model includes both on-site treatment and controlled off-site restoration. When removal is required, panels are carefully documented and managed through take-down, treatment, finishing and professional reinstallation to preserve the intended structure and presentation of the window treatment.
Minor repairs, including loose hems and hardware adjustments, may be addressed to preserve the integrity and finished presentation of the drapery.

Once a consultation is scheduled, we begin with a private evaluation of the installation.
We examine fabric, construction, lining, condition, installation, height and structural integrity before determining the appropriate treatment.
Following evaluation, we build a treatment plan specific to that textile. Every recommendation is based on what the fabric actually needs to look right, perform well, and hold up over time.
Most treatments happen on-site. Using HEPA filtration equipment, we extract dust, allergens, and odors trapped deep within the fabric, far beyond what surface cleaning can reach.
Steaming restores the fabric's original drape and pleats back into precise form.
Textiles requiring deeper restoration are removed and treated off-site in a fully controlled environment.
We track your drapery's full history and reach out when it's time for the next treatment.

Most treatments are performed on-site. Textiles remain in place, reducing handling and preserving installation integrity.
During evaluation, we determine whether your drapery can be treated while installed or requires removal, based on fabric, construction, and condition.
When removal is required, the textile is documented and managed through a controlled off-site treatment process.
