Service Overview
What exactly do you do? We provide drapery cleaning in Dallas and surrounding communities, cleaning panels in your home without removal from the windows. Our technicians use hospital-grade HEPA vacuums and fabric-safe steam to remove dust, allergens, pet dander, and odors from your drapes. We also deploy medical-grade air scrubbing equipment that removes 99.97% of airborne particles during service.
How long does service take? Preservation Care takes 3-4 hours for a standard room with 4-5 windows. Complete Care ranges from 6-10 hours depending on home size and additional services. Deep Restoration requires 7-10 business days for off-site treatment and professional reinstallation.
Do you take my drapes down? Not for Preservation Care or Complete Care. We clean panels in place, protecting fabric from transportation damage. Deep Restoration requires removal for controlled off-site treatment when textiles are neglected, damaged, or require professional dry cleaning.
How much does it cost? For full services, Preservation Care starts at $2,500. Deep Restoration starts at $3,500. Complete Care starts at $4,800. Final pricing depends on panel count, fabric type, and service level. You receive exact pricing within 24 hours of your complimentary consultation.
Why three different service levels? Preservation Care handles routine maintenance for well-maintained textiles. Deep Restoration addresses neglected drapes (7+ years without cleaning) or damaged fabrics requiring off-site treatment. Complete Care includes drapery treatment plus comprehensive air quality services like HEPA air scrubbing, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and blinds cleaning.
Are there height or accessibility restrictions? We service window treatments up to 20 feet in height using professional ground-based access. Projects requiring scaffolding, lifts, or specialized access are reviewed individually and, when appropriate, completed in collaboration with our trusted installation partners. All projects are assessed during consultation to ensure the highest standards of safety and care.
Health & Air Quality
How does the HEPA air scrubbing work? We position medical-grade air scrubbers throughout your home during service. These machines perform 9-12 complete air exchanges, pulling all air through HEPA filters that capture 99.97% of particles at 0.3 microns. This is identical to hospital surgical suite filtration.
Will this help my allergies? Yes. Drapery traps years of dust mites, pollen, and pet dander. Our HEPA extraction removes these from fabric. Air scrubbing simultaneously captures particles released during cleaning, preventing resettlement. Most clients notice easier breathing within 24 hours.
Is HEPA air scrubbing included in every service? It’s included in the Complete Care service. It’s also available as an individual enhancement for Preservation Care and Deep Restoration. We recommend it for homes with allergies, asthma, pets, or immune-compromised residents.
What makes your vacuums different from household vacuums? Standard vacuums recirculate fine particles back into air. Our vacuums use true HEPA filtration that traps microscopic particles instead of redistributing them. We also use fabric-specific attachments that prevent damage to delicate textiles.
Do you use chemicals? Minimal fabric-safe solutions for spot treatment only. Our primary method is HEPA extraction and steam, which removes contaminants without chemical residue. All products are safe for children, pets, and chemically sensitive individuals. Deep Restoration uses professional textile-specific dry cleaning tailored to fiber composition.
