It appears gradually.
Light softens. Structure relaxes. The room feels slightly less defined. Not enough to notice immediately, but enough to change how the space is experienced.
Layered textiles accumulate airborne particles deep within their construction, beyond the reach of surface-level cleaning. Over time, the effect is not only visual, but also environmental.
Fine textiles do not fail from neglect. They fail from improper handling.
Each piece is constructed differently, requiring a level of understanding most services were never designed to provide.
A standard built on that level of understanding did not exist.
Until now.
OUR ORIGIN
This began with a simple observation:
Materials designed with intention were being maintained without it. Custom drapery selected for specific light, specific rooms, and specific environments was being treated with generalized methods never designed for its composition.
The result was rarely immediate. But always inevitable. A gradual loss of structure, presence, and integrity. Not from time, but from mismatch. The issue was never the absence of service. It was the absence of understanding.
These are not interchangeable materials. They are installed elements within a designed space. They require a level of care that reflects that.
This is what our process was built to provide.
THE STANDARD
Every treatment is determined by composition, structure, and installation. No assumptions. No generalized approach. Each material is handled according to what it requires.
All work is performed within the home, preserving the integrity of installation and environment. The process remains controlled, contained, and unobtrusive from beginning to end.
Consistency is not optional. Every project is executed with the same level of precision, regardless of scale or material. The standard does not adjust. It is upheld without exception.
