Drapery Cleaning FAQ

TEXTILE CARE & ENVIRONMENT FAQ

Each project is approached with consideration for both textiles and the environment in which it exists. The following outlines key aspects of the process, coordination, and ongoing care.

Begin with a private inquiry. Each request is reviewed for alignment before scheduling. You will then be guided to select a preferred appointment time.

Your installation is assessed in person to determine condition, material composition, and environmental factors. This allows us to establish the appropriate treatment approach for your textile.

Following approval, your service is scheduled and coordinated based on the level of care required. Some installations are treated in place, while others are removed for controlled restoration.

Each approach is determined during the evaluation.

Appointments are typically secured in advance due to limited monthly availability. Early inquiry is recommended to ensure preferred timing.

Each installation is assessed individually, with consideration given to material, construction, scale, and the level of care required.

A detailed proposal is presented at the conclusion of your in-home evaluation. Services are scheduled upon approval.

Yes. A $500 in-home evaluation is required to secure your appointment and is credited in full toward your service.
During this visit, your installation is assessed to determine the appropriate treatment approach.

Each installation is unique, and services are tailored accordingly. For this reason, pricing is provided on an individual basis rather than through standardized packages.

Traditional cleaning applies standardized methods to a wide range of materials.

Our approach is evaluation-driven. Each installation is considered individually, with treatment determined by its composition, construction, and surrounding environment, rather than a fixed process.

Methods are selected based on the composition, construction, and condition of each textile to preserve structure, drape, and overall appearance.

Textiles are influenced by the environments they occupy.

Our process considers air quality, exposure, and surrounding conditions, with controlled measures incorporated throughout the service.

Services are performed with consideration for the home and its daily rhythm. In-place care is designed to minimize disruption while preserving the continuity of the space.

In many cases, yes. In-place care allows treatments to be completed with minimal disruption while maintaining continuity of the installation. When conditions require, select textiles may be treated in a more controlled environment.

Yes. Services are designed to address both the textiles and the surrounding environment in which they exist.

Air refinement is incorporated throughout service to capture airborne particles and prevent them from resettling onto treated textiles and surfaces. Allowing care to be completed within a clean, controlled environment.

We serve homes in Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Trophy Club, Frisco, Plano, and surrounding North Texas communities. Projects outside these areas may be considered based on scope and scheduling.

Services are provided for private residences where both textile care and the surrounding environment are considered essential to the condition of the home. This approach is often preferred in homes where air quality, material integrity, and overall environment are important.

Services are provided directly for homeowners or in collaboration with interior designers and trade professionals. Coordination is tailored to each installation, ensuring alignment across all elements of the space and its care.

Projects may range from individual rooms to full home installations, depending on the scope of care required. Each project is evaluated to ensure proper planning, coordination, and environmental consideration throughout the home.

We work alongside designers to ensure fine textile installations are properly maintained at completion and over time. Services may be coordinated directly with the designer depending on preference.

Yes. Designers often bring us in during the final stages of a project to ensure drapery is properly set, refined, and presenting as intended for staging, photography or client reveal.

Each request is reviewed to ensure alignment with the scope and nature of the work.

Yes. Services may be coordinated directly with designers or project teams, with scheduling and access arranged in alignment with the project.

Care does not end at completion. Many clients continue with ongoing textile and air refinement to preserve both the condition of the installation and the environment of the home.

Ongoing care is available through the Household Stewardship Program and may be maintained on a monthly or scheduled basis depending on the needs of the home.

Ongoing care may include textile refinement, air treatment, and attention to surrounding surfaces that influence the condition of the home. Including drapery, light fixtures, and overhead elements.

Through the Household Stewardship Program, these elements are maintained on a recurring basis to preserve both the installation and the overall environment of the space.

Textiles may be returned to normal use following service, with any specific considerations provided based on the treatment performed.

Longevity varies based on material, environment, and ongoing exposure. With proper care and environmental considerations, results are maintained more consistently over time.

If anything requires attention following service, we return to review it and ensure everything reflects the intended outcome. Client satisfaction is an essential part of our standards.
